Home baked – the old fashioned way, using only the finest, top quality, fresh and wholesome ingredients.
Basically – flour, sugar, eggs, butter and vanilla – that’s it ! Simple !
We use eggs from our own free-range chickens when available, alternatively we use organic.
No artificial ingredients or trans fats here !
Of course – we can add additional ingredients such as lemon, chocolate and coffee, to name but a few, and we also bake gluten and wheat free cup cakes.
Once baked, our cakes are topped with a choice of icing, including butter-creams and fondants, and then decorated to suit your individual requirements.
There is an un-limited choice of decorations available, ranging from fresh fruit to sprinkles to sugar craft flowers.
We make the majority of the sugar craft flowers ourselves, and every cup-cake is bespoke and personal, made especially for you.
We are registered with Mendip District Council, and have been awarded the maximum 5 Star rating by the Environmental Health Officer for cleanliness and food hygiene. We also hold level 2 food safety certificates in catering.
